Just like a practice day during a professional race weekend: every lap is timed, near-race conditions, open passing. Practice Days are part of a Race Weekend (see "Race Series"), so available seats are prioritized for that weekend's entrants.

Prerequisites: Participant must be a graduate of the Skip Barber Three Day Racing School or other acceptable/accredited Racing School or racing experience, plus have successfully completed one of the following sets:

(A) Skip Barber Advanced Two Day Racing School
or
(B) Two (2) Skip Barber Lapping Sessions
or
(C) One (1) Skip Barber Lapping Session plus one (1) Skip Barber Advanced Car Control.
