Controller
Skip Barber Racing School, LLC, the global leader in automotive education and entertainment, is seeking a Controller to head the accounting department.
Responsibilities
- Manages accounting department including general ledger, reporting, accounts payable,
accounts receivable, inventory control, and cost accounting
- Reviews and manages monthly financial statement close process
- Develops, implements, and enforces internal controls policies and procedures
- Works closely with Information Technology Department to implement improved system reporting capabilities
- Responsible for monthly financial statement reporting
- Provides accounting and analysis expertise to Financial Planning and Analysis department as needed
- Works with independent auditors on yearly financial statement audit and tax return preparation
- Performs special projects as needed
- Reports to Chief Financial Officer
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum 5 years previous experience as a Controller with a proven ability to deliver results and manage staff
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- CPA required
- Previous experience with MS Great Plains accounting system a plus

Exciting and well established Leading National Motorsports Entertainment Company is seeking energetic, highly motivated customer focused corporate sales reps to proactively contact corporate meeting planners and discover new corporate sales opportunities for our business.
The ultimate goal is to open long-term relationships with corporate meeting planners and C-level executives by inviting qualified leads to attend site tours of our facilities that convert into closed business.
This is a commission only sales position that requires sales people with great self-confidence in their selling capabilities. Don’t bother applying if you aren’t a confident self-starter and self-motivated individual. Event planning, corporate event or hospitality experience a plus, as is some knowledge of motorsports.
As a Commission Only Corporate Sales Representative the income potential is up to you - there is No cap on commission pay-out.
