GIFT CERTIFICATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS There are two types of Gift Certificates, one which gives a specific dollar amount, and one which gives a specific Skip Barber school or other program without mentioning a dollar figure. In either case, Gift Certificates are non-refundable and all prices are in US Dollars. Dollar Amount Certificates: A Gift Certificate for a dollar amount may be used for any Skip Barber program, product, or service as a credit against the retail price on the date of redemption. Program Certificates: A Gift Certificate for a specific Skip Barber program may be redeemed for that program for one year after the issue date which appears on the front of the certificate; if redeemed after one year, the holder must pay the retail program price increase, if any, since the issue date. A Gift Certificate for a specific Skip Barber program may also be redeemed for other Skip Barber programs, services or products, as a credit equal to the original purchase price of the Certificate. A Gift Certificate is not redeemable for cash or a cash equivalent, but only for Skip Barber programs, services or products. No exceptions. DO NOT MISPLACE YOUR GIFT CERTIFICATE! The original Gift Certificate is a bearer instrument. It can only be redeemed by the bearer presenting the original Certificate to Skip Barber. A gift certificate cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. A Gift Certificate, once redeemed, is treated as a credit equal to the dollar amount on its face, or to the full purchase price of a program Certificate. Skip Barber program pricing is subject to change and prices per program vary according to venue and time of year. All Gift Certificate requests will be processed on the following business day. For immediate assistance, please contact a School and Series Advisor at 1-800-221-1131. All Gift Certificates are delivered by Skip Barber via Federal Express, addressee signature required. We highly recommend that Gift Certificates are redeemed by returning them to us via a traceable method, such as Fedex, UPS or USPS return receipt requested. Program Registrations made through the redemption of a Gift Certificate are subject to all current Skip Barber policies concerning cancellations, rescheduling and associated charges as described below. Cancellations/Refunds [A] Any program cancelled or rescheduled twenty-one (21) days or more before the first day of the program in question will be charged a $75.00 fee. [B] Programs cancelled eight (8) to twenty (20) days prior to the first day of the program in question will be charged 50% of the face value of the program. [C] Programs rescheduled eight (8) to twenty (20) days prior to the first day of the program in question will be assessed a 15% charge against the face value of the program. [D] There is no refund or credit given for programs cancelled or rescheduled within seven (7) days of the first day of the program in question or wherein the participant is deemed to be a "No Show". [E] Gift Certificates are not refundable. No Damage Deposit is required for the One Day Driving School, Two Day Driving School, Intro to Racing, Ultra High Performance, One-Day Combo or Three Day Racing School.
