Lakeville is located in the extreme northwest corner
of Connecticut. Both Bradley International Airport in Hartford, Connecticut and
Albany County Airport in Albany, New York are approximately 1.5 hours from the
Lakeville area. LaGuardia International Airport in Queens, New York is
approximately 2.5 hours away. In addition, there’s a private airfield in Great
Barrington, Massachusetts which is approximately 30 minutes from Lakeville.

| From Bradley Airport: |
From Bradley International Airport (driving will take approximately 1-1/4
hours), take Route 20 west to Route 219 (left turn) to Route 318 (right turn)
to Route 44 west. Take Route 44 through Winsted, Norfolk, Canaan &
Salisbury. As you leave Salisbury and before you get to Lakeville, the National
Iron Bank will be on your right. Brook Street is the next immediate left. Go to
the brick building at the end of the road.

| From Boston: |
Take the Mass Turnpike west to Exit 2. Take Route 102 west to Route 7 south.
You will pass through Great Barrington, MA. Continue on Route 7 for about 25
minutes into Canaan, CT. In Canaan, make a right onto Route 44 west and
continue through town of Salisbury, CT. As you leave Salisbury and before you
get to Lakeville, the National Iron Bank will be on your right. Brook Street is
the next immediate left. Go to the brick building at the end of the road.

| From Albany: |
Take New York State Thruway (Interstate 87) south to Interstate 90 east. Exit
90 east at Austerlitz/New Lebanon, NY Route 22. Take 22 south to the traffic
light at the intersection with NY Route 44 east at Millerton, NY. Turn left
onto 44, heading east. Our office is approximately 5 miles from this point. 44
will cross into Connecticut. Continue on 44 through the intersection with CT
41. It is .6 miles to Brook Street. You will pass the Salisbury Central School
on your left. At the bottom of the hill, Brook Street will be on your right and
National Iron Bank will be on your left. Go to the brick building at the end of
the road.

| From New York City: |
Approximately 2-1/4 hours by car. Take the Major Deegan (Route 87) to the New
York State Thruway north to Route 287 east to Route 684 north. Follow Route 684
until the end where it turns into Route 22. Follow Route 22 north to the
traffic light at the intersection with NY Route 44 east at Millerton, NY. (Alternatively,
take the Taconic Parkway to the Route 44/Millbrook exit, and make a right onto
44 heading east. Follow 44 to 44A and then back to 44. At the intersection of
44, 22, and 343, make a left onto 44/22 heading north until the traffic light
at the intersection with NY Route 44 east at Millerton, NY. )
Turn right onto 44, heading east. Our office is approximately 5 miles from this
point. 44 will cross into Connecticut. Continue on 44 through the intersection
with CT 41. It is .6 miles to Brook Street. You will pass the Salisbury Central
School on your left. At the bottom of the hill, Brook Street will be on your
right and National Iron Bank will be on your left. Go to the brick building at
the end of the road.

Take the New York State Thruway to Exit 17 (Route 84 east) to 684 north (which
becomes Route 22 north). Follow Route 22 north to the traffic light at the
intersection with NY Route 44 east at Millerton, NY. Turn right onto 44,
heading east. Our office is approximately 5 miles from this point. 44 will
cross into Connecticut. Continue on 44 through the intersection with CT 41. It
is .6 miles to Brook Street. You will pass the Salisbury Central School on your
left. At the bottom of the hill, Brook Street will be on your right and
