Join the Skip Barber Racing School at Lime Rock Park this Labor Day Weekend and get caught up in the pride, the history, and the thrills of  37th Annual Historic Festival. It’s five full days of celebration, Concours, and competition.

Let’s run through the weekend schedule so you can determine not if … but when you’ll be with us. Thursday afternoon features a 12-mile vintage race car parade. Vintage racecars travel from Lime Rock Park through the roads of Northwestern Connecticut, culminating with a gala street fair in the quaint hamlet of Falls Village.

Friday is qualifying and practice for the scores of vintage race cars screaming around Lime Rock’s historic track. This year’s honored vehicle is the Formula Ford – celebrating its 50th anniversary – and there will be some lively competition as the game-changing open-wheelers navigate the 1.5 mile Lime Rock Park track.

Competition is Saturday, and again on Monday, Labor Day. No less than nine different run groups will go wheel-to-wheel on track in a stunning display of racing hardware.

The Sunday in the Park Concours d’Elegance will feature Italian masterpieces and celebrate 110 years of the Morgan Motor Company. Also, nearly 1,000 motor cars and motorcycles will line the 1.5 mile Lime Rock circuit. Walk the track and enjoy this spectacular motoring event to its fullest extent.

Come and see the Historic Festival 37 at Lime Rock Park this Labor Day weekend. We’ll be there with information, conversation, and answers to your questions.  And if the vintage racing gets you fired up, then sign up for one of our schools at Lime Rock from September 16 – 18 or from September 30 thru October 3. Call us at 866-932-1949 or go to and we’ll get you on the fabled track and get you pointed in the direction of your finish line.
