Skip Barber Racing School alumni Connor De Phillippi, Jaxon Bell, and Robby Foley all scored podium finishes at Road Atlanta with Bell netting his first IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge podium in just his third start. Meanwhile, in Las Vegas, Skip Barber graduates Connor Zilisch, Joey Logano, Sammy Smith, and Brandon Jones continued their pursuits in the NASCAR playoffs. After a runner-up finish in Saturday night’s NASCAR Xfinity Series race, Connor Zilisch sits 82 points above the cutline, putting him on the cusp of a spot in the Championship Four. Joey Logano, who finished sixth on Sunday, and Sammy Smith are both 24 points below the cutline in their respective series’. Alumni Tyler Reddick (5th), Alex Bowman (7th), and Kyle Busch (8th) also finished in the top ten. At Road Atlanta, the IMSA WeatherTech Sportscar Championship and IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge series closed the curtains on their 2025 seasons with graduates Colin Braun (5th) and Ricky Taylor (6th) finishing in the top half of the GTP field. In GTD Pro, alumni Connor De Phillippi scored a class victory with Paul Miller Racing. Skip Barber Race Series alumni Jaxon Bell finished second in the Michelin Pilot Challenge season finale. This was Bell’s third race in MPC as he continues his promising start to a career in sportscar racing following a runner-up finish in the Skip Barber Formula Race Series. Lastly, graduate Robby Foley was third in GS and across the pond, Skip Barber Race Series champion Sebastian Wheldon claimed another victory in Italian Formula 4.
