The Bullring

Beyond the Strip. Behind the Wheel.

Located approximately 15 miles north of the Las Vegas Strip, the Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway brings the excitement of short-track racing within easy reach of the city’s hotels, restaurants, and entertainment. This 3/8-mile banked asphalt oval opened in 1985 and helped launch the careers of NASCAR champions Kyle and Kurt Busch.

Now, it’s your turn to get behind the wheel with our newest Three Day Racing School in the GMS Race Cars Pro Late Model. Combining classroom instruction, simulator training, and progressive on-track coaching, the program teaches the techniques that make oval racing a distinct challenge—from finding the racing line to refining braking, throttle control, and consistency.

Each session builds toward the final day, when you’ll bring your training together through practice sessions, qualifying, and a wheel-to-wheel race alongside your fellow students. Whether you’re exploring stock-car racing for the first time or pursuing your next step in motorsports, the Bullring offers an authentic racing experience in a city built for excitement.

Track Layouts

The Bullring is a 3/8-mile banked asphalt oval at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Our Three Day Racing School uses this short-track layout to develop your oval-racing skills.

Hotels

Choose from accommodations near Las Vegas Motor Speedway, in North Las Vegas, or along the Las Vegas Strip. Stay closer to the track for a simpler morning commute, or make your racing school part of a Las Vegas getaway with the city’s restaurants and entertainment nearby.

Getting There

Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) is the primary airport for visitors flying into Las Vegas. The Bullring is located at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, approximately 15 miles north of the Strip, with access via I-15.

Other Points

We recommend renting a vehicle for convenient travel between your hotel and the track. Allow extra travel time during commuter hours and major Las Vegas events. When booking flights, leave sufficient time after the final day’s activities to travel to the airport and check in.
