Skip Barber Advanced Coaching graduate Chris Buescher claims his second career NASCAR Cup Series victory at Bristol Motor Speedway. Buescher had a dominating race, leading the most laps with 169, and led the final 61 laps after the final restart. The driver of the No. 17 Roush Fenway Keselowski Racing Ford delivered the team its first victory since 2017. Buescher checked off his ninth Top-10 finish of the 2022 season. At the end of the Round of 16, Skip Barber graduates Joey Logano, Ross Chastain, and Austin Cindric advanced to the next Round of the Playoffs. Noah Gragson picks up his third straight victory in the NASCAR Xfinity Series with his victory at Bristol Motor Speedway. On 90-lap older tires, Gragson held off the field after a restart with 20 laps to go to secure his sixth win of the season and his 11th of his career. Gragson is a graduate of the Skip Barber Advanced Coaching program. Fellow Skip Barber graduate Austin Hill piloted the No. 21 Richard Childress Racing Chevrolet to third place, his sixth podium finish of the year. Skip Barber Race Series Champion A.J. Allmendinger secured the 2022 Regular Season Championship after a solid sixth-place finish. Allmendinger has had a commanding 2022 season with 23 Top-10 finishes, 8 podium finishes, and 3 wins. Skip Barber graduates occupied 3 of the Top 4 finishing positions in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race at Bristol Motor Speedway. Zane Smith was the highest finishing Skip Barber grad and motored his way through the field, finishing second after starting at the rear due to transmission issues in qualifying. The No. 38 Front Row Motorsports Ford led for 39 laps, but the late race caution would ruin his strategy to bid for the race win. In a limited race season, Parker Kligerman chalked up a third-place finish. The driver of the No. 75 Henderson Motorsports Toyota and pit reporter for NBC had a rough qualifying effort, placing the truck in 28th but showed impressive drive in the race, securing his fourth Top-5 finish in only 10 races run so far this season. Grant Enfinger drove the No. 23 GMS Racing Chevrolet to fourth place, his third straight Top-5 finish.
