ALTON, Virginia – The Skip Barber Race Team is set for Rounds 5 & 6 of the TC America Series at VIRginia International Raceway. Coming off a triple podium finish in the last round at Circuit of the Americas, the team is looking to continue their success this weekend with two cars in the TC class and two cars in the TCA class. Eric Powell will continue to be on the attack behind the wheel of the No. 92 Honda Civic Type-R. Powell is fresh off his third podium of the season and is looking to continue his success at VIR. Currently, Powell is second in the points standings only 4 points back from the top step and he is looking to overcome that deficit and take the points lead this weekend in the TC field. Lindsay Brewer is coming into the weekend fresh off two podium finishes in the Skip Barber Formula Race Series at New Jersey Motorsports Park. After a successful run in the F4 car, she is confident and ready to get back in the No. 29 Honda Civic Type-R. After his first podium finish of the season, Carter Fartuch looks to add more trophies to the collection in the TCA class. Fartuch had some valuable testing time at New Jersey Motorsports Park behind the wheel of the No. 16 Honda Civic Si and feels great about this weekend. Colin Harrison will round out the Skip Barber Racing Team effort as he will be making his first start of the TC America season behind the wheel of the No. 2 Honda Civic Si. Harrison tested alongside Fartuch to get up to speed for his debut race. The first race of the weekend goes green on Saturday, June 5 at 3:55PM ET and the second race takes place on Sunday, June 6 at 3:35PM ET.
