Skip Barber Racing will visit Sebring International Raceway for the next round of the TC America powered by the Skip Barber Racing School and Toyota GR Cup North America seasons this weekend. After a stellar debut weekend in Sonoma with a pair of Acura Integra Type S’ and a trio of Toyota GR86 Cup cars, the team is feeling confident heading into this weekend’s slate of action.

Celso Neto – No. 22 Skip Barber Racing School Acura Integra Type S
In just the team’s first race with the Acura Integra Type S, Neto brought home a podium finish and was the highest-placed Acura on the grid. Neto’s race pace matched his one-lap pace as he also qualified on the inside of the second row, the highest-placed Acura on the grid. Sebring will serve as Neto’s home race as the Brazilian has set his roots down in Miami. Last season in TC at Sebring, Neto collected one podium and a top-five finish in the pair of races at the famed circuit. “I’m very excited to be back in the car for the second round of the TC America powered by the Skip Barber Racing School season,” Neto said. “In all, I believe with all the data and information we now have on the new Acura Integra Type S together with everyone at Skip Barber racing we’re ready for this weekend and going to give our all and get that first win of 2024!” Cooper Broll – No. 19 Pied Parker Acura Integra Type S
After his rookie season in 2023, Cooper Broll kicked off his 2024 campaign with a strong top-five finish in the opening round at Sonoma. Broll has been working with Skip Barber Racing School instructors since he took his Three-Day Racing School and has shown immense growth and development since he first stepped into a car. “I’m super excited to drive the legendary Sebring Raceway this week,” Broll said. “I missed the race last year due to being sick, so it’ll be my first time at the track. I’ve been driving it on the simulator a bunch as I finish my final exams and wrap up my first year of college. I’ve heard so much about this track, and especially the bumps, so I’m excited to see what it’s like in person!” Toyota GR Cup North America
Alex Garcia – No. 14 Orlando Family Medical Toyota GR86 & No. 14 Orlando Family Medical Honda Civic Si Sebring will also serve as the home race for Alex Garcia and his No. 14 Orlando Family Medical Toyota GR86. Garcia opened up the season with a strong 11th-place finish at Sonoma that earned him the Hard Charger Award for passing the most cars in Race 1. "I'm thrilled to be back here at Sebring for races three and four of the Toyota GR Cup season," Garcia said. This weekend is all the more special as it is my home track. I'm super excited to get some laps in and bring home a trophy!" In addition to his main program, Garcia will be pulling double-duty this weekend with a TCA entry in TC America powered by the Skip Barber Racing School. James Klimas – No. 61 Middletown Toyota Toyota GR86 Klimas kickstarted his 2024 campaign with a pair of outings in which he gained spots in both races. He demonstrated tremendous race craft and awareness, navigating through the large field of cars at Sonoma in just his second professional race. The Connecticut driver’s family has owned and operated Middletown Toyota since 1975, coincidentally the same year the Skip Barber Racing School was founded. “We have a new motor going in this week so Thursday will really be a training day for us,” Klimas said. “I have faith that my team and Toyota will get it all buttoned up. I practiced with my teammates at Skip Barber Racing School at Sebring last week and I’m feeling the best I’ve felt in the car so far!” Will Lambros – No. 77 Skip Barber Racing School Toyota GR86 Much like his fellow Skip Barber Racing teammate, Lambros put in a pair of consistent and clean performances at Sonoma to gain a total of fourteen spots in two races. Lambros’ Race 2 was particularly impressive as he climbed eight spots to finish 14th, securing his first Toyota GR Cup top-fifteen in just his second race in the car. “I continue to feel more comfortable with the car given the tremendous support from the Skip Barber Racing School team,” Lambros said. “I’m looking forward to a strong showing on the bumps and ready to add another trophy to Skip Barber Racing’s collection.”
