Logan Anderson earned his career-best finish and Dean Lambros found himself on the podium in both races of the TC America powered by the Skip Barber Racing School weekend from Circuit of the Americas. Meanwhile, Saverio Striglia III, Dylan Weber, Arya Emani, and Robert Mosteller endured an eight-hour race at Road America to secure a podium finish in the World Racing League. Anderson, returning to the track where he completed his first Skip Barber Racing School program, started Race 2 from fourth, his best grid position of the season. With 35 minutes on the clock, Anderson set to work, hounding the top three drivers, including his teammate Dean Lambros. In the waning minutes of Race 2, Anderson began to apply the pressure, setting his fastest lap of the weekend with just three laps left to run. The Californian briefly held onto a spot on the podium before settling for fourth by just three-tenths of a second. Still, the fourth-place result was Anderson’s best finish of the season. “Logan’s performance in Race 2 was remarkable,” Skip Barber Racing instructor Edgar Lau said. “We have seen Logan improve every time he gets out on track in any car he has driven with us at Skip Barber. I don’t think a podium finish is far away for him, he certainly has what it takes, and we saw that in the final laps on Saturday.” Anderson’s teammate Dean Lambros had a tremendously successful weekend with a pair of second-place finishes. With those podiums in hand, Lambros moved up to third in the Driver’s Standings.

We’ve got some momentum on our side and now we’re heading to Sebring which is a track we all know well so I’m confident that we can keep things well.” In Road America, former Skip Barber Race Series driver Robert Mosteller joined forces with Saverio Striglia III, Dylan Weber, and Arya Emani to form a four-driver lineup for a pair of endurance races in Skip Barber Racing’s Toyota GR86 Cup Car. After just missing out on a podium in their first race of the season, the WRL team was hungry to match the success of their teammates at Circuit of the Americas. With eight hours on the clock on Saturday, they set to work. Starting thirty-third overall the team steadily climbed the charts as Arya sliced through the field. By the time he brought the car to its first pit stop, he had moved up 10 spots. Over the course of the eight hour race, the team was passed on track on just two occasions. A pair of clean stints from Saverio and Dylan in the middle of the race had risen the team to seventeenth overall and second in class. That left the team’s newcomer Robert Mosteller to bring the car home, which he did with little fanfare, delivering a podium finish at the same time.
“I don’t think it can be understated just how impressive these four guys performed this weekend,” Skip Barber Racing Team Manager Joe Monitto said. “Robert was competing in the Skip Barber Formula Race Series last season, and he showed no trouble in adapting to the GR Cup Car. Saverio, Arya, and Dylan are all in their rookie season of racing, but they look more like seasoned pros. Robert Mosteller will return to action later this summer at Road Atlanta where he will make his Toyota GR Cup North America debut.
