Skip Barber Racing will land in Road America with a trio of entries across a variety of SRO America series, including TC America powered by the Skip Barber Racing School and GT4 America.

The No. 07 PolePace Aston Martin Vantage GT4, driven by brothers Alex and Michael Garcia, is coming off a successful weekend at VIRginia International Raceway, where the duo guided the car to a pair of top-five finishes. Their rookie campaign has been highlighted by a victory at Sonoma Raceway and consistent top-five results, including three fourth-place finishes over the last two events. Cooper Broll and Tommy Pintos will be riding a wave of momentum into Road America after a breakthrough weekend at VIRginia International Raceway that saw the team earn its first pole position. A pair of second-place finishes in the Pro Class at VIR has positioned the team into second in the overall standings. “I’m excited for Road America,” Broll said. “It’s high-speed, high-stakes, and offers lots of room for passing. It’s an important weekend for the championship, so we’ll have to put it all together and push for some wins. The final entry for Skip Barber Racing is James Klimas, who will pilot the No. 61 Middletown Toyota GR Corolla TC. It has been a year of learning for both Klimas and the team as they continue to better understand the nuances of the GR Corolla TC, which is still in its first year of competition. Last time out at VIRginia International Raceway marked Klimas’ best weekend of the season, with a top-five finish and a points haul that eclipsed all previous rounds. The team is optimistic that the all-wheel-drive capabilities of the GR Corolla will help it excel through the high-speed corners of Road America. “I’m really looking forward to this weekend,” Klimas said. “Road America is probably my favorite track on the calendar. The GR Corolla TC saw good improvements at VIR, and I’m hoping to build on that and be even closer to the Hyundais this weekend. I also can’t wait for the cheese curds,” he added with a grin.
