The Skip Barber Race Team travels north to Road America for Round 5 of TC America powered by Skip Barber Racing School. After the first four rounds, the Skip Barber Race Team continues to lead both the TC and the TCA points standings. The Skip Barber Race Team conquered the 4-mile circuit with four podiums and plans on the same success this weekend. After a win and runner-up finish at Watkins Glen, Kevin Boehm enters the weekend with the lead in the TC field by 70 points over Clayton Williams. The driver of the No. 9 CrowdStrike / AWS / Skip Barber HPD Civic Type-R has won 6 of the 8 races this season and podiumed in every start. The No. 42 Skip Barber HPD Civic Type-R of Ken Fukuda goes back to battle, showing great improvement from VIR to Watkins Glen, and will be a contender at Elkhart Lake. Carter Fartuch continues to lead the TCA championship with a 31-point lead over Gresham Wagner. The driver of the No. 16 Skip Barber 2022 Gen 11 HPD Civic Si dominated last year’s Road America round of TC America, sweeping qualifying and both races. Colin Harrison returns to the No. 2 Skip Barber 2021 HPD Civic Si. The Skip Barber student-turned-pro-racer looks to build off his best career finish at Watkins Glen and set his eyes toward a podium finish in his return to Road America. Rounding out the Skip Barber Race Team’s efforts is new Skip Barber driver Sally McNulty. Although new to the Race Team, McNulty is a Skip Barber Racing School graduate and has been competing in TC America since 2019. The Skip Barber Race Team adds a second Gen 11 HPD Civic Si to the line-up as McNulty will pilot the No. 780 Skip Barber / Borla Exhaust Gen 11 HPD Civic Si.
