The Skip Barber Winter Series Heads to Roebling Road
The Skip Barber Winter Series will travel to iconic Roebling Road for Rounds 11 & 12 of the series. With only a few days of rest under their belts, racers are itching to jump back in the drivers seat. The final race weekend of the series will be nothing short of competitive with top contenders having one last chance to vie for the coveted title and the grand prize of a full scholarship for the 2016 Skip Barber Championship Race Series. Other awards include $15,000 SBRS Credits for the Masters Formula winner and $20,000 SBRS Credits for the MX-5 winner. Other awards will be distributed to the top 3 finishers, Rookie of the Year and Most Improved. The SBRS credits can be used towards the 2016 Skip Barber Championship Race Series.
Kyle Masson leads the point standings with 334, but he is followed close behind by Sting Ray Robb with 325 points. On the Master's side, Jeffrey Stern leads his rival Robert Masson by a whopping 75 points. On the MAZDASPEED Challenge, veteran driver Bryan Hixon is showcasing his skill with a 34 point lead.

With the schedule for the 2016 Skip Barber Racing School Formula Championship (formerly “Summer”) Series set, drivers are securing their spot to compete for the coveted $200,000 scholarship prize for the champion. Racers will have a total of 8 race weekends to look forward to. Rounds 1 & 2 of the series will kick off in Road Atlanta on May 19, 2016. We hope to see you there!
