Brazilian karter Naim Saleh will join the grid of the 2025 Skip Barber Race Series, expanding the international profile of the grid that now has competitors from four nations and three continents. Saleh, from São Paulo, Brazil, has risen through the ranks of Brazilian karting since beginning his motorsports journey in 2019. As he continued to succeed, Saleh began to plan his next move, eventually choosing the Skip Barber Race Series. “I already knew about Skip Barber because of its history and reputation,” Saleh explained. “It’s a platform that provides the necessary learning to evolve and advance in my career. In addition to learning and absorbing the most that the category has to offer, I want to fight for victories and the championship,” Saleh added. Prior to joining the Skip Barber Race Series, Saleh competed in a variety of karting competitions throughout Brazil, including the 2024 Brazilian Cup, an event that stands out as one of Saleh’s favorites in his young career. Away from racing, Saleh enjoys golfing, skiing, and the popular Brazilian sport of beach tennis. “After meeting with Naim during his Three Day Racing School at Circuit of the Americas, I’m confident he will have a great season with us,” Skip Barber Racing School Chief Marketing Officer Dan DeMonte said. “He has proven to be a good student on track and in the classroom and with the support of his family, 2025 will be a successful year of racing.” This season Saleh will be partnered with Skyone, a software company based in his native São Paulo.
